Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to customers and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
• Ensure accuracy in refraction skills and assist customers with fitting glasses or contact lenses.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Conduct thorough routine eye inspections to assess visual alertness, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination.
• Diagnose sight problems, prescribe corrective lenses or medications, and promote eye health through education on proper eye care techniques.

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Optometry or equivalent.
• Optometrists/Opticians must be registered with the Malaysia Optical Council.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to join.
