Tugas Utama:
Menyemak dan menyertai tender melalui ePerolehan, SpeedU2 & platform berkaitan
Menyediakan dokumen perolehan dengan lengkap dan teratur
Mengurus penawaran harga, sebut harga dan komunikasi rasmi dengan agensi kerajaan
Memastikan penghantaran dokumen tepat pada masa dan mematuhi semua keperluan tender
Berhubung dengan jabatan kerajaan & agensi berkaitan untuk peluang perolehan baharu
Menyimpan rekod tender & laporan prestasi secara sistematik

Kriteria yang Kami Cari:
Diploma/Ijazah dalam Pengurusan Perniagaan, Kewangan, Logistik atau bidang berkaitan
Pengalaman minimum 1 tahun dalam pengurusan perolehan/tender kerajaan
Mahir menggunakan platform ePerolehan dan SpeedU2
Teliti, teratur dan mampu bekerja mengikut tarikh akhir
Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis & lisan yang baik
Berdisiplin, berdikari & komited dalam tugasan
