a)Mengawal selia stok bahan mentah untuk pemprosesan.
b)Menyediakan jadual penggunaan bahan mentah untuk diproses.
c)Memastikan setiap mesin berada dalam keadaan sedia untuk operasi pengeluaran.
d)Merancangan penyelenggaraan pencegahan (preventive maintenance) untuk memastikan masa henti minimum dalam mesin dan jentera pengeluaran.
e)Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan pencegahan secara berkala pada mesin, peralatan dan kemudahan kilang.
f)Merekodkan hasil pengeluaran harian.
