Jawatan Kosong LEAD EXECUTIVE MARKETING in Tiram

Job Description :

The Leads Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in generating and nurturing leads for Karisma

Education Group. This position involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to

attract potential students and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective

students through various channels (online and offline).

2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple

platforms to generate quality leads and achieve enrollment targets.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make

data-driven decisions for optimization.

4. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies, including email marketing, content

marketing, and personalized communication, to guide leads through the enrollment process.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, admissions, and other departments to

align strategies and ensure a seamless lead-to-enrollment process.

6. Content Development: Assist in creating compelling marketing content (such as blog posts,

social media content, landing pages) to engage and convert leads.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign

performance to present to management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
