• To monitor staff file and update with complete details.
• To monitor daily emails and reply respectively.
• Collecting time sheet and attendance records from Patrolling Officer.
• To assist HR and Admin (HQ) monitor and manage guard appointment letter prior to starting their job.
• To assist HR and Admin (HQ) monitor and updated record of all staff status (probation/confirmation).
• Ensure inventories are updated accordingly (Uniform, PPE and other items belongs to company).
• Assisting in hiring staff/guard and their details should be kept in a proper filing system.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Go getter who can take initiative and work independently.
• Compulsory Mandarin speaker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
