Jawatan Kosong ADMIN CLERK in Tiram
  • Handle of all project documentation and set up & maintain a good filing system for all relevant HR Admin document.
  • Assist in payroll processing in end month
  • Provide job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants
  • Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Stay commercially aware of the latest Labour Law or any updated rules and regulations related to Human Resources.
  • Ensure all documentations are organized according to ISO standard and prepare company for ISO and external audit.
  • Provide quarterly employees performance report for management review.
  • Prepare meeting agenda and minute for monthly General Meeting.
  • Empower and ensure positive growth and well-being of all employees. Act as an efficient communication channel between all employees and management.
  • In-charge of building and vehicle insurance, inspection, tax renewal, maintence services.
  • In-charge of all licenses eg. Cukai tanah, harta renewal, registration with government bodies
  • In-charge of admin related issues: liase with IT contractor during downtime, stationaries. Execute training and development for existing employees.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Support in staff engagement activities
  • Monitor factory agreement, hostel agreement, hostel utilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
