Jawatan Kosong Junior Human Resource Executive in Tiram

LOCATION:

• Apex Bizhub, Taman Perindustrian Puncak, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle employee enquiries, complaints, grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters, including preparing show-cause letters, warning letters and related documentation.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and selection follow-up.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, induction, resignation and offboarding processes.
• Support foreign worker matters when required, including verifying salary calculations and agency invoices against attendance records and approved rates.
• Assist in coordinating employee training, including HRD Corp documentation and training records.
• Organise employee engagement programmes, sports activities, festive celebrations and company events.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, recruitment trackers and training documentation.
• Manage employee uniform inventory and coordinate HR-related purchases.
• Support attendance, leave administration, payroll information and daily HR operations.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Team Lead or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, training and HR administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Able to handle employee matters professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR or payroll systems; knowledge of Infotech is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on-site in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
