Jawatan Kosong Landscape Maintainace Admin Taman Gaya in Tiram

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with the Director, site supervisor, and QS for every issue or problem related to maintenance departments

2. Prepare maintenance quotation and confirmation with QS for approval.

3. Liaise with clients to send quotations, claim progress, or any related documents.

4. Inform QS to make sure they follow up on any quotations that have been submitted.

5. Get information from the Director, site supervisor, and QS if have any upcoming maintenance projects to prepare filling, group, and documents that are related.

6. Create a WhatsApp group and send information to the maintenance teams to plan works on site.

7. Prepare maintenance report (claim, photo report, and maintenance schedule) for every month as follows dateline clients

8. Provide a complete maintenance report to the admin. Admin will issue the invoice and submit/pass it to the PIC.

9. Organize the schedule for all maintenance projects according to the following priorities and follow up with group WhatsApp if the contract is due a month in advance.

10. Liaise with clients if contact is due either the client wants to handover or continue with new work orders

11. Inform the site supervisor if have any inspection CMGD invitations by clients or consultants and record the date.

12. Follow up with consultants or clients for CMGD certificates and record all the information in hardcopy or softcopy.

13. Preparing letters if needed such as handover letter, defect list CMGD, and maintenance renewal letter.

Working Experiences:

At least 1 year in the administration field or related fields.

Applicable Skill & Knowledge:

1. Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance

2. Familiarity with project management

3. Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel

4. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

5. Proficient typing and editing skills

6. Data organization skills

7. Attention to detail in the project timeline

8. Basic equipment and machinery knowledge

9. Calculation skills & knowledge

10. Communication and negotiation skills

11. Time management

12. Experience in Landscape maintenance report and related to project documentation

Working Time

• 08:15am - 06:00pm
• Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
