We are looking for a Head of HR to work closely with the COO to ensure the People initiatives are aligned and consistent with the brands strategy, vision and core values. To develop and lead a high pe
rforming people team responsible for payroll, recruitment, learning & development and all Human Resource functions.
Act as the first point of contact for all queries, leading and advising on all aspects of the employment lifecycle: recruitment, on-boarding, retention, learning and development, succession planning and leavers. Provide advice and coaching to managers/leaders on all employee/contractor related issues including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, organisational change & design and related legislation. Build the people management capability of the managers/leaders across the business so that issues are dealt with proactively. Lead on all People based projects, involving the wider team or other managers where necessary. Manage the payroll relationship effectively and initiate payroll each month; working closely with finance to ensure payroll accuracy. Actively communicate with managers/leaders and assess the engagement of workers to keep a pulse on morale and culture, use feedback to identify key themes that inform the development of people programs.Recruitment Acquire, Develop and Maximize Talent
