Jawatan Kosong Senior Executive Sales & Executive Sales - Kampar

Sales & Sales Administration
  • To achieve monthly and yearly sales target for company properties
  • Handle prospective purchasers, whether through phone calls, walk-in or by mail professionally
  • To assist purchaser on end –financing facilities
  • To provide accurate and complete information to solicitor for the preparation of SPA
  • To prepare and submit enquiry list and prospect monitoring report
  • To assist in coordination and set up of booth for road show and exhibition
  • To attend road show and exhibition according to duty roster to promote sales
  • To prepare and submit benchmarking report on competitors after each property event
  • To assist in conducting market research on competitor’s current and future products
  • To assist in up keeping sales gallery and show house
  • Keep updated with the latest promotion and interest rate offered by banks in order to advise purchasers
  • Understand the loan repayment schedule in order to explain and advise the purchaser on the loan application
  • Liaise with Sales Admin HQ to prepare and check the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenants (SPA & DOMC) and other relevant legal sale documents for the respective parties execution i.e purchaser, vendor, proprietor and etc
  • Monitor & handle correspondences from solicitor, bankers and purchasers
  • Manage the Purchaser Masterlist
  • Liaise with purchasers on the signing of the SPA, loan application, and settlement of the 1st 10% of the purchase price until the differential sum payable and 1st loan disbursement
  • To handle cancellation and forfeiture cases once the purchase has been defaulted or requested by purchaser for cancelation
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in the sales presentation
  • Prepare Sales Related Recommendation of Approvals (ROAs)
  • Attend to other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Marketing admin

  • Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed marketing /sales events
  • Liaising and coordinating with event organizer for on ground marketing events
  • Event duty roster planning, preparation and filling
  • Recording , maintain and updating sales registration of events and online registration for compilation
  • To prepare post mortem reports on selective roadshows and events for compilation and filing within SOP period
  • Sourcing of advertising opportunities to advise for upcoming marketing events such as press ads, radio ads,EDM blasts, Facebook digital campaigns and etc

Preferably Degree holder, Post graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent

  • Good command in English both verbal & written
  • Positive attitude and must be a good team player.
  • Preferably 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kampar, Perak
  • Have an experience in property industry is an advantage
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point presentation
  • Outgoing personality, friendly and with a pleasant appearance
  • Able to work independently and possess initiative
  • Fluency in local dialects spoken will be an added advantage
