• Receive and unload incoming deliveries from suppliers and vendors.
• Verify delivered goods against purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for quantity, description, and condition.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain proper filing of delivery documents
• Ensure all transactions are completed within required timeframes
• Ensure received goods are labelled, sorted, and moved to the correct storage locations promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
