Jawatan Kosong COOK WORK ON WEEKEND in Seremban

Location : Matrix International School, Sendayan Merchant Square, Persiaran 1, Sendayan Utama Pusat Dagangan Sendayan, Bandar Sri Sendayan, 71950 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan,

We are looking for experience cook that can work on Saturday until Wednesday every week, that can cook authentic Chinese cuisine.

Duties and responsibilities

• Do live cooking
• Working on Saturday until Wednesday weekly
• Working in international school canteen in charge in boarding school meal.
• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations
• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
• Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift
• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards
• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
• Handling multiple food orders at one time
• Delivering food orders to wait staff in a timely manner.
• Storing all food properly
• Sanitizing and cleaning workstations and utensils
• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

Requirement and Qualification

• Must know how to cook authentic Chinese Cuisine
• Able to work on the weekend
• Fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese.
• Able to converse in English
• Clean exterior physically.
• Experience in catering and services will be added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in types of Chinese Cuisine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
