Serves as an assistant to the accounting department on day-to-day tasks. Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and operating office machines.
To do any ‘multitask’ job; to assist in the site activity. To monitor in and out on Earth Removing, Checking Invoice, Delivery Order & Request Soil Out.
To process claims and issue invoices to clients. To coordinate and follow up with site supervisor on work progress.
Must have car or motorbike. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent. Expected hours: No less than 20 per week.
Manage accounts payable and receivable. Enter data into accounting software with precision. Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Process sales order, invoices, delivery orders and related documents. To liaise with customers and sales personnel for sales coordination and delivery of goods.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance. Must have 12 months Accounting experiences. Must be familiar in AutoCount or any of the accounting programme.

Age: 23 years old -32 years old. Efficient in Excel or Microsoft Word program. Working hours: 8 am - 5.30 pm.
Saturday From 9:00 am to 1:00pm. At least 1 year working experience in admin related task. Familiar with Autocount Accounting Software.
