Responsibilities

With our continued growth, we have an exciting newly created role within our Facility & Administration Department. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations. Ensures quality standards are followed in all activities and processes. Further improves processes by advising on sourcing strategies and improvement changes to ensure timely delivery on projects. Interacting with internal and clients to understand the request and requirement. Dealing with vendors and other external parties to manage vendor selection and evaluation. As an experienced worker in procurement expertise, this position may also need to prepare training materials for the procurement entities team. The ideal candidate is skilled at securing cost savings and better lead times without compromising on quality, and meticulous in leveraging. Job Responsibilities: • Purchase Order Management • Supplier Negotiation and Relationship Management • Payment Process Management • Supplier Portal and Policy Management • Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments. • Undertake all filing and scanning of documentation pertaining to procurement activities. • Perform any other related tasks as required by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

Must- Haves • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, facilities, or administrative support roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) • A "can do" attitude in facing challenges and problem solving Good to Haves • Familiarity with procurement framework or ERP systems is a plus • Customer service orientation and team player • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills • Attention to detail. Education Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant qualification.
