Salary: RM3,300 – RM4,000 per month + 5% Commission
Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are a HR advisory company, currently assisting our media and events industry partner in look for a Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) based in Kota Damansara.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys developing new corporate clients, meeting business owners and decision-makers, and closing new business opportunities.

Our client provides Business Awards, Corporate Recognition & Brand Promotion solutions to companies across different industries.

You will have the opportunity to connect with entrepreneurs, founders and business owners while developing your B2B sales network and industry exposure.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new B2B / corporate clients
• Conduct prospecting, cold calling and new client acquisition
• Approach and engage business owners, founders, CEOs and decision-makers
• Understand clients' businesses, achievements and branding needs
• Arrange appointments and conduct sales presentations
• Introduce suitable Business Awards, Corporate Recognition & Brand Promotion packages
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop your own sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Sales / Business Development experience
• Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales is strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable with prospecting, cold calling and developing new clients
• Able to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers
• Good presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently and developing your own sales pipeline

Candidates with experience in Media, Advertising, Events, Sponsorship, Exhibition, Corporate Training, Corporate Services, or other B2B industries are encouraged to apply.

This role offers exposure to businesses across different industries and the opportunity to build relationships directly with business owners and key decision-makers.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
