Jawatan Kosong Personal Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Member Relations

• Proactively generate and nurture leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
• Convert prospects into members through consultative selling and facility tours
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for memberships and PT packages
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure high retention rates
• Identify and convert members into personal training clients

Fitness Training

• Perform fitness assessments and track client progress
• Conduct professional personal training sessions for clients of all fitness levels
• Design and implement customized workout programs
• Ensure proper form and safety during training sessions
• Assist members with questions and equipment

Administrative

• Maintain accurate member and client records
• Process membership and PT agreements
• Handle basic billing inquiries
• Complete daily sales reports and activity logs
• Assist with member queries and facility maintenance as needed
• Social media participation and content creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
