Jawatan Kosong Assistant Business Development in Shah Alam

Business Development Support

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
• Support the development and execution of business strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales pipelines.

Client Engagement

• Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups, and presentations with potential clients.
• Handle enquiries and provide product/service information.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct research on competitors, markets, and customer needs.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, lead progress, and performance.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Support the Business Development Manager in daily tasks and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations).
• Assist with events, networking sessions, and marketing campaigns when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Must have own transport and valid driving license.
• Able to start immediately / join as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
