The Lecturer – Medical Imaging is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, assessment, student supervision, and academic support for students enrolled in Medical Imaging and related programmes.

The Lecturer is expected to ensure effective delivery of theoretical and practical components of the programme, maintain academic standards, support programme quality assurance activities, and contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement in accordance with the college's policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, laboratory sessions, and other learning activities related to Medical Imaging.
• Develop and update teaching materials, lecture notes, presentations, practical manuals, and other learning resources.
• Apply appropriate teaching methodologies to facilitate effective student learning.
• Integrate appropriate technology, digital resources, case studies, and practical examples into teaching activities.
• Ensure teaching activities are conducted according to the approved syllabus, course outline, academic calendar, and programme requirements.
• Conduct and supervise practical sessions involving Medical Imaging equipment, simulation activities, and imaging procedures where applicable.
• Prepare assessment materials, examination questions, assignments, practical assessments, and other evaluation instruments in accordance with approved learning outcomes.
• Conduct assessment, marking, grading, and moderation in accordance with college policies.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in Medical Imaging/Radiography, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic imaging centre, or healthcare setting.
• Previous teaching or lecturing experience in higher education would be an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
