CR SEA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Job Vacancies Oktober 2026

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive to

support the Accounts Manager in the day-to-day accounting and finance functions.

 Assist the Accounts Manager in daily accounting and finance matters.

 Handle data entry and maintain proper accounting records and supporting

documents.

 Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

 Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and other accounting

documents.

 Assist with bank reconciliations and updating cash/bank transactions.

 Maintain supplier and customer account records and follow up on outstanding

matters when required.

 Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting schedules.

 Assist in preparing documents and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes.

 Assist with SST, e-Invoice and other statutory/accounting matters where required.

 Perform filing and ensure accounting documents are properly maintained.

 Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, banks and other parties on routine

accounting matters.

 Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Manager.

 Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

 Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

 Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience are also welcome.

 Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

 Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.

 Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.

 Responsible, organised and attentive to details.

 Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and

spoken.

 Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, will be an added advantage.

 Good interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
