Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll data, leave records, and attendance tracking.
  • Support in managing staff welfare, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Organize training sessions and staff development activities as needed.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, maintenance, and coordination.
  • Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical) for HR and admin records.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government departments as required.
  • Provide general support to management and handle any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
