1. Tugasan Ketika Live

• Menjadi hos utama ketika siaran langsung Tiktok Live

• Menyambut penonton dengan mesra, memperkenalkan menu dan promosi semasa.

• Berinteraksi secara aktif dengan penonton – jawab komen, ucap terima kasih kepada pembeli.

• Pastikan pencahayaan dan suara jelas sepanjang live.

• Gunakan ayat promosi & tagline rasmi: “Ingat Asam Pedas, Ingat Osamin.”

• Sentiasa senyum & berpenampilan kemas semasa live berlangsung.

• Rekod dan simpan laporan ringkas selepas live (durasi, jumlah penonton, order masuk).

2. Tugasan Harian (Offline)

• Menyambut pelanggan yang datang ke kedai dengan sopan dan mesra.

• Mengambil pesanan dengan tepat dan membantu pelanggan memahami menu.
