Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content calendars for multiple F&B brands.
• Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create concepts, scripts, captions and marketing copy.
• Produce and edit videos, photos, graphics, posters, menus and promotional materials.
• Visit outlets for content shoots and promotional activities.
• Appear on camera as a presenter when required.
• Manage and optimise Meta and TikTok advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Maintain consistent branding across all content and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with management, outlet teams, influencers and external partners.
• Organise creative files, footage, templates and brand assets.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Knowledge of social media trends, photography, videography and content production.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident appearing on camera when required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.
• F&B industry experience is an added advantage.
• Portfolio submission is required.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of current digital trends and consumer behaviour.

Salary :

• Salary negotiable based on experience.
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leave, medical leave and career advancement opportunities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
