Jawatan Kosong HRIS Executive Data Migration & Support in Petaling Jaya

Location: Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: Contract (Renewable based on performance and business requirements)
Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000/month (depending on experience and skill set)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for an HRIS Executive to support HR system implementation projects, focusing on employee data cleansing, migration, validation, and HR operations support. This role is ideal for someone with HR operations, HRIS, or data management experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with large employee datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HRIS data cleansing, validation, and migration activities from legacy systems.
• Extract, compile, and maintain employee master data and HR records.
• Perform data checking, reconciliation, and verification to ensure accuracy before migration.
• Prepare and maintain data mapping files, trackers, and migration documentation.
• Support employee profile digitisation and document management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on data preparation and issue resolution.
• Assist in CRP, UAT, payroll parallel run validation, and post-migration checks.
• Support HR and payroll teams during system transition periods.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
• Perform data corrections and verification after migration where required.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR data administration, HRIS, or records management.
• Experience handling employee data cleaning, profile digitisation, and system migration projects.
• Exposure to HRMS/HRIS implementation projects is preferred.
• Experience with payroll data or employee records reconciliation is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including data validation, formatting, and reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage project timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential employee data.

Preferred Profile

• Strong HR generalist exposure with experience managing HR data.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
