• Oversee and manage the daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronics /Chemical) or equivalent;
• The role involves regular communication with international partners.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, as per the operational requirements.
• Possess good leadership to ensure employee engagement and overall team success
