Responsibilities:

Job Scope

Support order fulfilment team to deliver an automate system to automate and optimize remodeling tracking process which could:

• Transform multiples excel file from different source into SharePoint list(s) for traceability.
• Link data across multiple SharePoint list(s). Each list has its user group with the set of info they interested. User does not require to update same info at multiple location.
• Process email attachment and create new entry to SharePoint list.
• Design and create automation flow to perform triggering activities such as approval, update etc when SharePoint list items is modified.
• Create dashboard and generate report on overall status.
• Documentation for future ref/modification.

Qualifications:

The qualifications and skills we aspire in you

• Bachelor or higher degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

• Proficiency in C# or Python programming, debugging, and build tools
• Solid fundamental skills in data structures, algorithms
• Be familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI etc).
