REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
We are looking for an organized real estate assistant to support our real estate team. The real estate assistant's responsibilities include telephone duties, preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports.
TELEPHONE DUTIES:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take messages, schedule appointments, and provide information to clients as needed.
MARKETING SUPPORT:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as portal posting, brochures, flyers, and promotional items. To ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTS:
Prepare, organize, and maintain various documents, contracts, and reports. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
OFFICE ORGANIZATION:
Implement and improve organizational systems to enhance efficiency.
CALENDER MANAGEMENT:
Assist in scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the real estate team.
Manage calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts.
COMMUNICATION:
Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and other team members.Handle correspondence and emails in a professional manner.
DATA ENTRY:
Input and update client information, property listings, and other relevant data into the system.
REQUIREMENT:
▪Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
▪Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
▪Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
▪Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
▪Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
