Jawatan Kosong Assistant Program Manager in Batu Kawan

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Order Management

• Receive and process customer purchase orders and enquiries.
• Review customer orders for part numbers, quantities, delivery requirements and other relevant information.
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse regarding order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and delivery requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Quality and Finance to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Communicate changes in customer requirements to the relevant departments.
• Follow up on shortages, quality issues, delivery delays and other order-related matters.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant departments.

ERP & Documentation

• Maintain accurate customer and sales-order information in ERP One.
• Ensure required documents are properly prepared and maintained.
• Assist with reports relating to sales orders, shipments, customer requirements and order status.
• Maintain proper filing of customer correspondence and documentation.

General Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service / Operations team in daily administrative activities.
• Assist with shipment and delivery coordination when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Follow company procedures and internal controls.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics or B2B customer service is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
• Responsible, organized and customer-oriented.
