Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
• Monitor fee collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and arrange payments according to approved schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record and reconcile payments received through GIRO, PayNow, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
• Assist with monthly and year-end account closing.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for management.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist with payroll preparation, CPF submissions, and staff claims where applicable.
• Assist with GST preparation and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure transactions are properly supported and authorised.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and company information.
• Support management with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other financial matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
