Job Descriptions:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, prepare PPT Slide / proposal required
• Assist with few accounting tasks such as expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and be prepared to travel with the CEO & team members when required
• To liaise and follow up with agents & developer for relevant sales enquiry, sales activities, deposits and viewing arrangement
• To meet up & coordinate with developer for relevant project matters
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Managerial level of related field is required for this position
• Good written and spoken with Mandarin & English
• Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru Area and travelling as request.
