Requirements

• Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant teaching or industry experience.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver lectures and facilitate both face-to-face and online learning.
• Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and higher education practices is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for Early Childhood Education programmes.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
• Supervise students' academic progress and provide guidance.
• Participate in curriculum development, programme accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to research, community engagement, and academic-related initiatives.
• Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned
