Jawatan Kosong HR Manager in Perai

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources activities within the company, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve employee relations.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent employee evaluations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and employee development plans.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
  • Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
