Role Overview:
The Executive Liaison serves as a vital connection between senior executives, organizations, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and collaboration. This role involves managing information flow, building strategic relationships, and providing high-level support to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications and requirement:

1. Female

2. Single

3. Preferably Non-Muslim

4. Aged 30 - 40 years old

5. With Master of Business Administration / Economic background or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating Communication:

• Act as the primary communication channel between executives and stakeholders.
• Convey key information, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

2. Strategic Collaboration:

• Partner with executives and internal teams to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination, share critical insights, and provide strategic input.

3. Information Analysis and Reporting:

• Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for executives and stakeholders.

4. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and industry functions to strengthen networks and foster goodwill.

5. Providing Executive Support:

• Address inquiries, provide resources, and offer guidance to executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth operations by anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
