IHASTEK (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Job Vacancies September 2026

Job Description

• To execute all purchasing activities and supplier's deliveries to meet the Company's operation schedule.
• To ensure all purchases can be delivered on time as per schedule.
• In responsible to source and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for best price and payment terms.
• To work closely with warehouse and logistic team to ensure that accurate stock quantity levels are being maintained.
• To coordinate with warehouse and logistic team to plan and schedule material demands, perform inventory stocking & stock count activities and monitoring stock levels.
• To prepare report, maintaining records in system and to ensure ISO documents is up to date.
• To compile supplier's invoice/delivery order/suppliers SOA statement/purchase order monthly.
• To resolve any discrepancy with suppliers involving quality issues, invoices or non-compliance products.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from department head / management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years related working experience especially in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in working with MS OFFICE (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Preferred Mandarin speaker as need to communicate with counterparts from China.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, trustworthy, matured and able to always maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
