Responsibilities:

• Assist to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Assist in issuing credit notes or debit notes.
• Assist to prepare payment voucher and invoice for payment and make sure that the required paperwork is attached before submitting.
• Assist in recording and filing petty cash transaction.
• Liaising with suppliers and transporters for documentation enquiries.
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are accurately entered into the system.
• Provide administration support.
• Assist in accounting functions, data entry, maintain and updating of account records.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Finance or related field.
• Have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Word & Excel).

Benefits:

• Monthly Allowance : RM1000 per month
