Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Providing guidance and support to the OTC team, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures
Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, which would include a strong understanding of the order management process, cash application, billing, invoicing, and dispute resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance OTC processes
Monitor KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Develop and maintain SOPs for OTC processes, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimise resource utilisation

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
Experience in Order to Cash/AR or related functions ind riving value creation through analytics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders
Continuous improvement experience / certification is a plus
