Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Providing guidance and support to the OTC team, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures

  • Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, which would include a strong understanding of the order management process, cash application, billing, invoicing, and dispute resolution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance OTC processes

  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for OTC processes, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimise resource utilisation

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

  • Experience in Order to Cash/AR or related functions ind riving value creation through analytics

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders

  • Continuous improvement experience / certification is a plus
