Jawatan Kosong Assistant Outlet Manager Diperlukan Segera Aeon Seremban 2 in Seremban

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen and above 18 years old
• Education : SPM with min 6 months running shift experiences (Restaurant or Retail) Diploma or Degree holder in any field (Fresh graduate encourage to apply)
• Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be able to work in shift, weekend & Public Holiday
• Who hunger for Career Development in Food and Beverages industry.
• Have a good basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Drive

Responsibility

• Assist the Outlet Manager managing the entire outlet operation and to ensure the performances are up to standards-driven by HQ
• Ensure customer been served well and meet customer expectations
• Ensure Crew and riders are well managed during your shift
• Ensure cash, credit in / out are well managed follow company cash policy
• Conduct inventory stock checks
• Ensure all SOPs and processes (food preparation cycle, dispatch of routes) are executed timely and according to schedule
• Ensures highest food safety & hygiene level - all the time
