Stewarding Attendant - Staff Restaurant

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated and energetic Stewarding Attendant who shares a passion for providing excellent service!

The Stewarding Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Stewarding team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate, pot and pan sparkles. Stewarding ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the Back of House clean and safe. This role is also responsible for maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of all other Back of House areas.

Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritise is also essential for this position. Applicants must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. The Stewarding Attendant is in direct contact with the entire Stewarding and Kitchen team and strong communication skills are essential. This position will encompass responsibilities for pot-washing, dishwashing operation, janitorial and sanitation.

Candidates must have a firm knowledge of Stewarding operations, and must have a minimum of 2- 3 year of experience as a in a similar role in an international hotel or resort. Candidates must speak read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English.Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
