Role Description The Accounting Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nilai. This role is responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, recording transactions, preparing payment vouchers, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The Accounting Administrator will help maintain accurate financial records, support the preparation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves reconciling accounts, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters. The successful candidate will contribute to improving accounting processes and supporting the wider finance function as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including familiarity with bookkeeping procedures and basic financial controls.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements and understand key financial reports used in business operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important.
• Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
