We are looking for a professional, caring and service-oriented Staff Nurse to join our clinic, which integrates conventional clinical care with health prevention. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and compassionate nursing care, assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, coordinating patient care and supporting wellness and health assessment programs.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Perform nursing assessment and obtain patient medical history and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for medical consultation, investigations and procedures.
• Assist doctors during clinical examinations and minor procedures.
• Perform venepuncture, blood collection, injections and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.
• Recognise abnormal signs or emergencies and initiate appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Welcome and communicate professionally with patients.
• Explain procedures and preparation requirements clearly.
• Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations and treatment plans.
• Build a positive, professional and trustworthy relationship with patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.

Clinic Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, infection control and safety standards.
• Ensure medical equipment and clinical supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Monitor inventory of medicines, consumables and medical supplies.
• Assist with clinic documentation, reporting and quality-control activities.
• Follow clinic SOPs, infection-control procedures and relevant professional and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the clinic team in improving patient flow and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered Nurse with valid Malaysian Nursing Board registration/APC.
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient clinic, aesthetic, wellness, health screening or medical centre settings will be an advantage.
• Good clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Able to perform venepuncture and basic clinical procedures confidently.
• Comfortable working with patients from different backgrounds.
• Good computer and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
