Jawatan Kosong Executive Human Resource in Bangi

Responsibility:

Salary and Benefits:

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Handle employee salary adjustments, increments, and related matters in line with company policy and performance.
• Update and maintain HR reports and records including employee leave, medical claims, attendance, and other data in established systems and/or HRIS.
• Monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, employment contracts, center transfers, appointments, and career development records.
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and culture, including handling disciplinary matters when required.
• Assist in administering and managing training programmes and processes, ensuring HRDF grants are applied and claimed in a timely manner.

Administrative:

• Perform general administrative tasks including office pantry restocking and supply management on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as cleaning services to ensure office upkeep and cleanliness.
• Manage and coordinate teachers’ permit-related documentation, including medical check-ups, food handling training, and other regulatory requirements.
• Administer and manage the DGP (Dasar Gaji Progresif) portal, including data entry, document submission, and ensuring compliance with programme requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and tracking of all administrative and compliance-related documents.

Requirements :

• Mature and pleasant personality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business/Management or other related field
• 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources (Fresh grad with related internship experience is encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of all statutory legislations and regulations, labour law, with the ability to apply them to the early childhood environment.
• Good understanding of all HR functions
• Knowledge of and skill in using Microsoft software applications (Google Drive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and perform various tasks simultaneously and accurately
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all records and information
• Ability to work and interact well with all levels of employees in the company especially teachers
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbally and written)
• Good image to represent the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
