We are looking for an energetic and responsible Technical Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of industrial cooling, air-conditioning and dehumidification equipment.

This position involves visiting customers, factories and industrial sites to understand their applications and recommend suitable cooling or humidity-control solutions.

Products You Will Handle:

• Industrial Water Chillers
• Portable Air Conditioners
• Water-Cooled Air Conditioners
• Industrial Dehumidifiers
• Panel Cooling Solutions
• Process Cooling Equipment
• Other customised cooling solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our industrial cooling and dehumidification equipment
• Visit customers, factories and project sites to understand their requirements
• Identify customer cooling, temperature-control or humidity-control problems
• Recommend suitable equipment based on the customer's application
• Prepare and follow up quotations, enquiries and sales orders
• Conduct product presentations and basic product demonstrations when required
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Follow up sales leads and customer enquiries
• Coordinate with our engineering and technical teams for more complicated applications
• Attend exhibitions, customer visits and sales activities when required
• Travel to other states for customer visits when necessary
• Follow up with customers from initial enquiry until order confirmation

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering or related technical field is an advantage
• Candidates with basic engineering or technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, cooling systems, pumps or electrical systems is an advantage
• Sales experience is an advantage, but technical candidates interested in moving into sales are also welcome
• Comfortable visiting factories, production areas and industrial sites
• Able to communicate with engineers, technicians, purchasing personnel and management
• Willing to perform site visits to understand actual customer applications
• Must possess own vehicle and valid driving licence
• Able and willing to travel to other states when required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, responsible and able to follow up customers consistently
• Willing to learn our products and industrial applications

Training Will Be Provided

Product and application training will be provided. You will learn about industrial water chillers, portable air conditioners, water-cooled air conditioners, dehumidifiers and other process cooling solutions.

This position is suitable for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
