1. Perempuan
2. Mempunyai pengalaman kerja dan latar belakang sumber manusia / HR sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun.
3. Berpengalaman dalam memegang jawatan sumber manusia dan menguruskan pekerja dalam syarikat.
4. Memahami undang-undang buruh dan prosedur tatatertib.
5. Amanah, jujur dan bertanggungjawab.
6. Boleh menyiapkan tugasan dalam tempoh yang diberikan.
SKOP KERJA
1. Melaksanakan tugasan pengambilan pekerja, penilaian prestasi, pengesahan dan lain-lain.
2. Bertanggungjawab atas urusan hubungan pekerja & penyediaan semua surat HR (tatatertib, kehadiran) dengan pematuhan terhadap undang-undang pekerjaan.
3. Mengendalikan fungsi HR setiap hari termasuk kakitangan, kebajikan pekerja dan pentadbiran kehadiran.
4. Menyimpan Rekod HR (Fail peribadi, pangkalan data peribadi, catatan cuti, rekod kehadiran) semua pekerja dengan cara yang betul dan cekap.
5. Membantu mengenal pasti pengambilan dan perancangan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan strategi pengambilan organisasi untuk Syarikat.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
