-Memiliki Sijil VTO / Sijil TVET-i

- Fresh graduate dialukan

-Mahir membangunkan WIM

-Mahir mengajar practical dan teori

-Memiliki Sijil Induksi PP-PPD-PPB

-Boleh bekerja dalam berkumpulan

-Amanah dalam menjalankan tugas yang diberi

-Memiliki Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3, Tahap 4 (DKM) dan Tahap 5 (DLKM)

-Mempunyai rekod bebas tunggakan pinjaman PTPK
