Jawatan Kosong Floral Designer in Ipoh

Do you love creating beautiful floral arrangements? We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, a strong sense of design, and the ability to create stunning floral arrangements that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique flower arrangements for diverse occasions, including festive seasons , anniversaries, corporate events, and more.
• Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and deliver customized floral designs.
• Keep up with floral trends, seasonal availability, and innovative arrangement techniques.
• Handle flowers with care to ensure freshness and longevity in designs.
• Maintain and organize the workspace, tools, and floral supplies to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in setting up floral decorations for events and ensure they meet client expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Flower Arrangement Designer or similar role.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities, with attention to detail and color harmony.
• Knowledge of various flowers, plants, and floral arrangement styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for events.
• Certification in Floral Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
