Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Coordinator in Labuan

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. The role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained, tracked, and recorded properly using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure minimal discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, picking times, and stock turn.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed in the warehouse at all times.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure equipment and vehicles (e.g., forklifts) are maintained properly.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
• Address any issues with damaged goods or returns promptly and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and staff performance for management.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
