The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior E-commerce & Growth Executive to grow sales across our online store and marketplaces, and keep customers coming back. You’ll own the day-to-day across marketplaces, affiliates, paid media, our Shopify store and retention. You’ll use the numbers to decide what to do next, and work closely with the Brand Manager and the wider team.

E-commerce, Marketplaces & Affiliates

• Run day-to-day operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop: listings, storefronts and product content.
• Grow our affiliate programmes on Shopee and TikTok Shop: recruit and manage affiliate creators, handle samples and commissions, and track who drives sales.
• Keep product pages, images and copy accurate and consistent across every channel.
• Plan, build and launch A/B tests on product pages, landing pages and offers, then roll out what wins.
• Track sales, stock and performance by channel, and flag issues early.

Paid Media & Creative Strategy

• Own creative strategy for paid ads: decide the angles, hooks and formats to test, and brief designers and creators.
• Run day-to-day paid campaigns on Meta, with support on Google and TikTok: setup, budgets, audiences and optimisation.
• Run structured creative tests and turn the results into the next round of ideas.
• Report weekly on spend, ROAS and CAC, and say what you’re changing.

Retention & Customer Lifecycle

• Run FYLL’s EDM and WhatsApp marketing: campaigns, customer segments and automated flows.
• Grow repeat purchases, subscriptions and LTV.
• Test ideas, track what works, and keep improving.

What You’ll Need

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, performance marketing or growth, ideally at a DTC, FMCG, food, wellness or consumer brand.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting and everyday work.

You’ll Probably Enjoy This Role If You…

• Like owning numbers and seeing your work move them.
• Have an eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll, and can explain why.
• Enjoy testing: small changes, measured properly.
• Can juggle several channels without dropping the ball.
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads with a real budget, including planning and briefing ad creative.
• Hands-on Shopify experience: you can build pages, manage apps and launch tests yourself.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
• Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets.
• A bachelor’s degree.
