• Responsible for providing essential administrative, clerical, and customer support to ensure the efficient and smooth daily operations of the RORO Bin and waste management company.
• Managing service orders, coordinating with drivers, handling customer billing, and maintaining accurate records related to bin rental, collection, and disposal.
• Waste Tracking: Enter and reconcile information from waste disposal tickets and weighbridge slips to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulations.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to quickly learn and use company-specific dispatch/billing software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
