UPC Chemicals (M) Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Julai 2026

Job Description:

• Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
• Handle all project VO with main contractor & coordinate with related departments.
• Dealing with supplier, contractors & vendor for price negotiation, stock delivery, product quality & statutory & regulatory requirements.
• Evaluating suppliers’ performance annually.
• Handling departmental complaint or feedback on poor product quality, late delivery, wrong items/quantity delivered, etc.
• Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, production, maintenance and stock departments to ensure the request items/ service specification & requirements.
• Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
• Health and Safety, Quality and other legal requirements.
• Overseeing any large procurement that may happen.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
• Good working attitude, responsible and meeting deadline.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
