Jawatan Kosong Call Centre Specialist

Job Title: Call Center Specialist - Ipoh

Company: Ancilleo Sdn Bhd

Location: Greentown, Ipoh, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and chat interactions from customers in English.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and go the extra mile to engage them.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Fluent in Mandarin ( Optional & Advantage )
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred. However fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
