Technical Support:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop issues.
• Perform repairs such as formatting, software installations, and hardware replacements (e.g., hard drives, RAM, batteries, keyboards).
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and recommend suitable products or services.
• Ensure high-quality and professional repair services.
• Stay updated on the latest tech trends and repair techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest market prices for laptops, repairing laptops or computers.

Sales:

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate laptop and gadget solutions.
• Engage with walk-in customers, providing expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of Saverbro’s product inventory and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
• Track and meet individual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
• Manage showroom displays to ensure products are presented attractively and organized.
• Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions, providing input based on customer feedback and preferences.

General & Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the team lead or management, including inventory checks, reporting, market research, and event participation.
• Support operational needs such as store organization, product restocking, and customer queries beyond sales.

Pay: RM700.00 per month
